This unique design has NO backlash and a reduction ratio of 30 : 1, giving holding torque of 4 ft/lbs - 5.4 Nm.
This ratio gives excellent resolution, with a 10 times micro stepping driver, (2000 steps per motor rev.) 30 revs of the motor turns 360 degs or 60,000 steps per rev.
The units maximum fast travel is 120 degs per second, or 20 RPM.
With the chuck attached you can load your heaviest part with confidence, the needle thrust bearings can handle it.
The drive also includes a homing sensor

Mini Trunnion Table
This unit is a conbination of the DD100 drive and the DD50 connected by way of a connecting plate, making it a Mini trunnion table .
It enables precision 5 axis machining of materials such as wax, foam and light wood work .
Both drives are stepper motor driven and have a reduction ratio of 30:1, giving a fast rotary speed of 20 rpm, and there is no backlash.
The pivoting angle is 360 deg. in both axis.
Both drives include needle thrust bearings, enabling very robust fixing for your work, also included are homing sensors.
